MINDFULNESS IN NATURE

TP-mindful-1The Mindfulness In Nature program in December will be held each Sunday, 8-9:45 am.  We go to only the first Sunday of each Month in January.

Meet at the Visitor Center (Lodge).

Clear your mind, refresh your body and sink into the heart of nature as Torrey Pines Reserve begins a new day. Mindfulness In Nature blends nature interpretation, history and science with forest bathing, a sensory experience that allows you to deepen your personal connection to the land.

Mindfulness In Nature will be held each Sunday in December, then the first Sunday of each month starting January 7. We meet, rain or shine, from 8-9: 45 am. The program begins at the Visitor Center /Lodge, includes a guided nature walk to one of Torrey Pines’ awe-inspiring lookout points, and concludes with a few minutes of quiet to give you time to let your senses expand and bathe in the beauty of the morning.

This event is free, but you will have to pay for parking if you park inside the Reserve. To park for free, find a spot along the beach outside the Reserve and walk up the hill. It takes most people 20 – 30 minutes to walk up the hill.

Please arrive early for an 8 am start. No need to sign up. See you in the Reserve!
